What are the warranty conditions for UV-C lamps and parts?

We replace lamps and quartz glasses if they arrive defective. EP’s and housings have a 24-month warranty.

No, only for VGE brands.

Which brands of UV-C lamps and parts do you supply?

We supply parts for VGE brands, which are:

Yes, these are also available on our website.

Can I order parts if I only know the model or serial number?

How do I maintain my UV-C equipment optimally?

Replace your lamp after its lifespan
and clean the quartz glass every year.

What is the lifespan of a UV-C lamp?

That depends on your lamp. Between 9,000 and 16,000 hours. You can find the lamp lifespan in your device's manual.

How do I recognize a defective UV-C lamp?

It will not light up properly.
